“During these times it’s so important to let your kids move and groove and be active in a focused way,” says Kid Expert Abbie R. “Having lost those scheduled moments of activity in their lives, I’ve noticed that 30 minutes of fun, physical activity helps them release a lot of their pent up energy and focus for the rest of the day, which I know is a HUGE plus for parents out there. For me, it’s also a wonderful way to check in with kiddos and make sure they’re staying happy and healthy as well as give them a new face to talk to and engage with. Sometimes all it takes is a little Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes race to put a smile on their faces and make the day better, I know it’s worked for me”
