This summer we’re helping your kiddo stay connected with their BFFs with Summer Friends Club, a week-long camp that helps your kiddo stay in touch to their closest friends while maintaining the remote learning schedule you finally have down pat!
How it works?
Invite up to 5 of your kiddo’s friends to join in a week’s worth of fun activities, delivered Monday thru Friday from 9-12pm over Zoom. Each club is led by a teaching artist who customizes the curriculum to your group’s level and interest. Expect fun activities like dance parties and high energy games, creative exploration through poetry writing and ocean studies, and structured learning in STEM, literacy, and math.
Materials & Screen Time
Each camper receives a packet of materials, shipped to their home, for tactical, screen-free activities. Students spend no more than 30-minutes at a time on screen. The teacher is on Zoom the whole 3-hours, but kiddos are given 10-minute movement breaks plus off-screen activities in writing, art & PE.
The best part of Summer Friends Club: Campers participate in tons of friendship building activities like social shares and community projects.
