Slime is so popular! And kids are absolutely obsessed with it. If you haven’t tried to make your own slime at home, you’re missing out! Here’s an easy, fun, and quick way to create this awesome DIY activity for kids. Watch our video below!

Materials:

• Elmer’s glue
• Water
• Stirring rod
• Baking soda
• Contact lens solution
• Measuring spoons (one tablespoon & 1 teaspoon)
• Measuring cups (one cup and one-half cups)
• Food coloring
• Cup

Step One

Pour glue into a cup of water and mix the two ingredients together.

Step Two

Once the two are well mixed, it’s time to add color. Stir well.

Step Three

Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to the mixture and mix it in. This helps the slime firm up a bit more and create a solid.

Step Four

Add 2 tablespoons of saline solution to the whole mixture.

Step Five

Mix it up! Whip up your slime mixture in no time. Stir fast like you are trying to really whip up something!

Voila…..SLIME!
